AB Staffing is seeking experienced Special Education Teachers for the 2025/2026 school year.

Caseload and classroom type vary by school location. Recruitment specialists will discuss details upon application to match you with a suitable classroom.

Contract duration: through the 2025/2026 school year, 37.5-40 hours per week, aligned with the academic calendar.

As a Special Education Teacher, your responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans and programs tailored to students’ needs.
• Adapting curriculum based on IEPs and diverse learning styles.
• Maintaining communication with parents regarding student progress.
• Creating a safe, organized, and positive learning environment.
• Managing behavior and facilitating a productive classroom atmosphere.
• Providing individualized and group instruction using specialized techniques.
• Assessing and documenting student progress, and modifying instruction accordingly.
• Collaborating with educators and specialists.
• Engaging in professional development and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Salary: $1,750 – $1,925 per week, DOE
