Our school is focused on language development as we are a dual language immersion program. Being fluent in Spanish is a requirement as well as admin experience for this role. We are looking for an energetic team member to hold a dual role as Assistant Director and Pre-K Lead Teacher to join our team!

As part of our team, we are looking for passionate team members excited about learning and love working with children. We require strong creative and organizational skills, and team members that are able to connect with individual students and develop strong relationships with staff to create an engaging learning environment. Meeting deadlines and being detail oriented is a must for this position.

• Implement our quality curriculum standards on a daily basis
• Provide extra assistance to students when needed
• Observe students’ performance and record relevant data to assess progress
• Teach social and emotional skills to students
• Assist in administrative duties as needed

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a state and federal background check
• At least 3 years teaching experience
• Fluent in Spanish- spoken and written
• 12 units in Child Development
• 3 units in Admin
• High-energy with a love of working with children
• Organized and detail-oriented
