Keeps facilities in immaculate condition by providing routine and non-routine support associated with the daily cleaning and maintenance.

Marketing Manager – Division of Professional and Continuing Education

Under the direction of the Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager (MM) works on educational programs in the Division of Professional and Continuing Education to manage marketing strategies and campaigns that yield a quantifiable and significant return on marketing investments across the spectrum of channels; positively impact the fiscal performance of the programs and the quality of Professional and Continuing Education relationships with internal and external constituents who are collaborative partners;

and is responsible for creating brand promise and attributes that are unique and important to the target audience for each degree program presented to the marketplace, developing compelling messaging campaigns, and stewarding the campaign process with all stakeholders.

Associate Director, Student Practice and Clinical Instructor – Joan

The Associate Director provides leadership for the Kroc Institute for Peace and Justice’s practice-based learning infrastructure, serving as a bridge between academic instruction and applied peace practice. The role is responsible for designing and launching experiential learning systems from the ground up—including frameworks, curricula, assessment approaches, and external partnerships—that enable students to engage in rigorous, ethically grounded practice.

Associate Director, Strategic Development and Grants Management – Joan

The Associate Director leads strategic development and grant acquisition for the Kroc Institute for Peace and Justice, serving as the architect and implementer of the Institute’s external funding infrastructure. The role designs, launches, and manages systems and strategies to diversify and grow the Institute for Peace and Justice’s funding base; scans and qualifies opportunities; convenes interdisciplinary teams; and translates complex concepts into competitive, fundable proposals.
