Mild​/Moderate Credentialed Teacher – Chula Vista Elementary School District

Position Overview

Chula Vista Elementary School District is hiring Mild/Moderate Education Specialists to support elementary-aged students across multiple school sites. We have three immediate-start openings and one position beginning in March.

• Immediate Starts:
  • Mild/Moderate SDC (Elementary)
  • RSP (K–6)
  • RSP Itinerant (multiple sites)
• March Start:
  • Mild/Moderate SDC (Elementary)

• 7.5-hour workdays (includes a 30-minute lunch)
• 35 hours per week, Monday–Friday
• In-person instruction only

• Up to $70/hr, based on experience

• Valid California Mild/Moderate Education Specialist Credential
• Experience working with elementary-aged students
• Ability to work collaboratively in a school setting
