The Academy of Our Lady of Peace is looking to fill a high‑school seasonal assistant track and field coaching position within the Athletics Department. The assistant coach will develop the program, coach student‑athletes, and promote character development and school values. The role is for the Girls’ Track and Field program for the Spring 2025 season.

• Assist with planning, instruction, and evaluation of track and field practices and competitions.
• Encourage individual athletes to reach greater levels of participation and skill.
• Work closely with the coaching staff to develop team spirit, cooperation, and fair play.
• Model sportsmanship, moral behavior, and uphold the School Mission throughout the program.
• Serve as an excellent role model representing OLP to athletes, families, and the community.

• Previous high‑school coaching experience is preferred.
• Commitment to promoting ethics, character development, and college‑ready life skills.
