About the role
code Campus is seeking to hire and train Assistant Instructors in the San Diego/La Jolla area for the remainder of the school year and beyond.
As an Assistant Instructor, you will:
- Work with site staff at our partner schools in the area — in this role you will be working at both the School of Madeleine and All Hallows Academy
- Work with Lead Instructors to teach STEAM lessons for students in their classrooms using our proprietary curriculum
- Teach students in grades K - 8th
- Additional duties as assigned
About you
This role is great for early-career educators who have availability during the school year. Candidates for this position must possess the following qualifications:
- Available to start training immediately (paid)
- Availability:
- Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:15AM - 2:55PM
- Wednesdays 8:15AM - 12:10PM
- Friday 8:00 AM - 10:15AM
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Willing to go through our professional development training program
Compensation
The hourly rate for this position is $18.00/hour depending on experience, with opportunities for pay raises based on performance and time with the company.
