The Department of Management in the Fowler College of Business at San Diego State University (SDSU) invites applications for a full‑time, multi‑academic‑year temporary faculty (lecturer) position for Fall 2026. The position is temporary and subject to the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the California State University system and the California Faculty Association.

• Teach courses in Organizational Behavior/Human Resources Management with secondary interests in Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and International Management.
• Teach at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
• Assist with various service and co‑curricular activities.

• Completed a Ph.D. in a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to teach in multiple disciplines including Organizational Behavior, Human Resources Management, Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and International Management.
• Record of scholarly publications.
• Applicants must be able to teach at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.

• Position starts:
  August 19, 2026.
• Anticipated salary range: $110,000‑$115,000 annually.
• Work type:
  Instructional Faculty – Temporary/Lecturer.
• Location:
  
  San Diego.
