Track & Field Head coach

The Academy of Our Lady of Peace is currently accepting applications for a Girls Track and Field Head Coach for the Spring 2026 season. This is a seasonal non-exempt interscholastic coaching position for a competitive CIF girls' Track and Field program. We are interested in finding someone who will serve as an excellent role model to represent OLP with experience and dedication to developing the program and building it for future seasons.

• Serve as the Girls Track and Field Head Coach for the Spring 2026 season.
• Represent the Academy of Our Lady of Peace with experience and dedication to developing the program and building it for future seasons.

• Essential qualities include: experienced track and field coaching skills and knowledge, good communication, teamwork philosophy, and character development for female student-athletes.
• A minimum of three years of high school coaching or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Applicants must have a current TB test and CPR/AED, and First-Aid Certification.
• Applicants must have a Livescan background review and obtain the required CIF paperwork, including coaching certification, concussion education, and sudden cardiac arrest education, before hire.
• This is a non-exempt, seasonal position.
• OLP will consider qualified applicants with a criminal history pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act. You do not need to disclose your criminal history or participate in a background check until a conditional job offer is made to you. After making a conditional offer and running a background check, if OLP is concerned about a conviction that is directly related to the job, you will be given the chance to explain the circumstances surrounding the conviction, provide mitigating evidence, or challenge the accuracy of the background report.
