Overview
The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting, emphasizing patient-centered, evidence-based treatment across all ages.
Responsibilities- Diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic conditions, delivering preventive services, prescribing medications, coordinating care, and participating in quality initiatives.
- MD or DO; completion of a family medicine residency; board certification or eligibility; and an active license. Experience in primary care, especially in underserved communities, is preferred.
- Skills include strong clinical judgment, communication, cultural competence, and EMR proficiency.
- Work involves clinical duties, possible travel, and adherence to regulatory standards.
