Overview
The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting, focusing on patient-centered, evidence-based practices aligned with FQHC standards and HRSA guidelines.
Responsibilities- Assessing, diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic conditions across all ages.
- Delivering preventive services.
- Ordering diagnostic tests.
- Prescribing medications.
- Coordinating care with specialists.
- MD or DO from an accredited school.
- Completion of residency.
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
- Active licensure, DEA registration, and BLS required.
- Preferred experience in outpatient primary care, especially in underserved communities.
- Skills in EMR documentation and team supervision.
Work involves clinical duties in a fast-paced environment, may require travel, and includes benefits such as competitive salary, comprehensive insurance, CME allowance, loan repayment options, and paid time off.
