Overview
The Integrated Care Center seeks a dedicated Addiction Provider to deliver team-based, integrated care in San Francisco.
Responsibilities- Manage intoxication and withdrawal, initiate and monitor Medically Assisted Treatment, evaluate addiction-related medical and psychiatric issues, provide recovery support, and coordinate care.
- Provide medical histories, exams, screening, lab interpretation, and documentation while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across intake, withdrawal, residential, and outpatient programs.
- Supervise Advanced Practice Providers and oversee the MAT team in the absence of the Director.
- MD or DO from an accredited US school
- Board certification in family or internal medicine
- Addiction medicine certification or experience
- Active California medical license
- DEA X waiver
- Experience with safety net populations
