Position descriptionThe Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Sciences at the University of California, San Diego () is committed to academic excellence within the faculty, staff, and student body. We are currently seeking physicians in Maternal‑Fetal Medicine (MFM), Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI), Gynecologic Oncology (Gyn Onc), Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS), Complex Family Planning (FP), Hospitalist, and General Obstetrics and Gynecology (Ob/Gyn).
Selected candidates will be responsible for delivering high‑quality training and teaching, providing clinical care, and/or conducting research.
The appropriate series and appointment at the Assistant, Associate or Full Professor level will be based on the candidate's background and experience.

QualificationsBasic qualifications (required at time of application)
Candidates must have an MD or equivalent degree, PhD or MD/PhD in areas of Reproductive Medicine or related health fields.
Candidates with an MD or equivalent degree must be board‑eligible or board‑certified in areas of Ob/Gyn & Reproductive Sciences.
Candidates with an MD or equivalent degree must be eligible for a California medical license or equivalent certification/permit as determined by the Medical Board of California.
