Position: Lead Marketing Field Agent - Up to $2000 Sign-On Bonus potential*
Currently Offering:
Up to $2000 Sign-On Bonus potential
* Up to $2,000 with 1 year of marketing timeshare experience
* *$1,000 paid after forty-five days, *$1,000 paid after six months of employment

Up to $1,000 with no timeshare experience
* *$500 paid after forty-five days, *$500 paid after six months of employment

* Additional terms and conditions apply to the Sign-on Bonus

Wage details: $19.67/hr. + commission

Typical day

• Acts as team lead and assists with scheduling needs.

• Provide feedback to managers regarding individual performances, recommend any additional training needed.

• Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations.

• Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.

• Ensure that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.

• Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.

Guest Experience and Company Standards

• Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.

• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.

• Contribute to team goals.

• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.

• Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.

• Concierge, telemarketing and/or sales experience preferred.

• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.

• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
