• Handle a high volume of inbound phone calls and emails in a fast-paced environment, learning quickly and independently.
• Focus primarily on phone support, with secondary duties including processing orders on our custom website, emailing customers, and using the various apps and software that support our web-based business.
• Provide excellent customer service, placing the customer first, helping clarify our product, answering questions, and guiding customers in the right direction.
• Collaborate with a small team to achieve common goals and maintain a positive, problem-solving mindset.

• Strong reliability and willingness to work from a paced, customer-focused environment.

• Starting pay is $22.00 per hour. All subsequent raises will be based on skill sets, responsibilities acquired, and performance.
• Pay range: $22.00 (starting) - $40.00 per hour
• We are open Monday through Saturday. Weekend coverage may be required.
• Schedule:
  
  8 hour shift;
  Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday: 9:30 am – 6:00 pm;
  Weekend availability.
