Job DescriptionAssocia is currently looking for a Recreation Attendant to join our team in San Diego, CA. The Recreation Attendant monitors resident and guest use of club facilities for adherence to the Rules & Regulations regarding facility use. In addition, will assist in functions/duties relating to operation and maintenance of facilities, and maintain verification of residents’ membership to the club facilities, and surrounding facilities at the community.

The Recreation Attendant helps the company grow by:
- Being responsible for regular contact with residents and guests using clubhouse facilities.
- Working very closely with the Lifestyle Director.
- Being responsible for the cleanliness of the club facility’s interior/exterior and its furniture and equipment.

Compensation$17.25 per hour; direct experience highly considered.

Requirements- Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
- Professional customer service skills.
- Interpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
- Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish fluent).
