Job Summary Are you a master on the phone? We are looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator and Marketing Specialist for a local HVAC company to act as a communication point for emergency and non-emergency calls, use client databases for outbound phone, mail, text, and email campaigns, and ensure all customers are taken care of. This position requires a high volume of outbound calls each day.

Compensation : $22 - $27 per hour plus Bonuses

- Follow up on sales leads and lists, outstanding proposals and repair quotes
- Manage multiple, ongoing, opportunities particularly focusing on selling service agreements and new equipment
- Sell, renew, and expand renewable service agreements, to both new and existing customers
- Manages the dispatch board to keep field personnel on the move, servicing clients, and generating revenue
- Makes every effort to compress call scheduling, effectively maximizing productivity and revenue
- Notifies clients ahead of time without fail if the Technician is not going to arrive at their home within the scheduled time window
- Re-schedules appointment times at clients convenience as necessary
- Strictly adheres to the Dispatching for Profits Priority Service Schedule to ensure the right Technician is sent to the right appointment
- Shares responsibility to ensure that all Technicians arrive at their designated appointments on time
- Debriefs with Technicians upon completion of jobs to identify any outstanding client satisfaction issues
- Outbound Lead Calling Experience Required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must have good computer software skills
- Fast typing with experience in data entry
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
- Active listener with excellent communication skills
