As a Tour and Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding clients' travel preferences and requirements, offering expert advice, and ensuring a seamless booking process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
• Itinerary Planning: Design and create personalized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, tours, and activities.
• Booking and Reservations: Coordinate and manage all travel arrangements, ensuring accuracy and timely booking of all components.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel to ensure a positive and memorable experience.
• Travel Advice: Offer expert advice on destinations, travel regulations, visa requirements, and health and safety information.
• Sales: Promote and sell travel packages, tours, and other travel-related services to meet sales targets.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that may arise during travel.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client bookings, payments, and travel documents.
• Networking: Build and maintain relationships with travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
