Entry Level​/Experienced Customer Service Representative

We are a well-established and consistently growing company servicing Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Diego, and San Jose. We are looking for full-time individuals at our office in the city of San Diego. This person will be a part of our call center operating as the first point of contact for our customers when scheduling service appointments.

At least 1 year of Customer Service experience is preferable.

• Answering inbound calls and placing outbound calls.
• Communicating with customers about their appointment times and delays.
• Positive phone presence and attitude.
• Team player who can work independently.
• Reliability / Good Attendance / Punctuality.
• Strong work ethic, initiative, and integrity.
• Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence; be clear, compelling and personable.
• Must be able to talk & type on the computer at the same time.
• Schedule appointments for our customers in our dispatching software.
• Answer the phone with a smile in your voice.

• Bilingual is a Plus (English/Spanish).
