Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients by answering questions, addressing concerns, and troubleshooting issues.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Process orders and returns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction and efficiency
