We’re looking for a Social Media Manager + Content Creator to help us grow a warm, grounded, trust-based brand on Instagram and Tik Tok
.

This isn’t about chasing trends or over-polished content. It’s about storytelling, momentum, and helping people believe they can show up for the life they want—one small action at a time.

📍 San Diego preferred (Pacific Beach a plus) | Remote-friendly

💰 $500/month | Part-time | ~20 posts/month

🎥 Must be comfortable on camera

• Create and publish 15 high-quality posts per month (short-form video + captions)
• Must be ok speaking on camera
• Cross-post content on Instagram and Tik Tok
• Share content that feels human, motivating, and real
  —never preachy
• Tell stories around personal growth, discipline, clarity, and everyday wins
• Engage with the community and help shape a brand people trust
• Occasionally appear on camera or help guide others who do

• Already create UGC or short-form content you’re proud of
• Know how to speak to goal-driven people without sounding like a “life coach”
• Are comfortable on camera (or willing to be)
• Value consistency over virality
• Are dependable and follow through
• Want to grow with a brand—not just post and disappear
• Are in San Diego / Pacific Beach (bonus, not required)
