Overview

Boutique Recruiting is seeking a sharp, thoughtful, and highly capable Copywriter to own and execute written content across our brand. This is not a conceptual-only role. We are looking for a true doer and someone who can translate strategy into compelling, high-impact copy that drives engagement, clarity, and action. We are industry-disruptive, and our copy hits differently because it's rooted in expertise, intention, and authenticity!

You will be responsible for crafting structured, clear, and engaging content that s human (no AI templates used here)! You ll create, custom, top-shelf copy across marketing, sales, recruiting, and thought leadership channels, helping shape a brand voice that is confident, elevated, and unmistakably Boutique Recruiting. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply observant, intellectually curious, and energized by writing that is persuasive, precise, and unprecedented.

Salary Range: - / hourly

• Write clear, compelling copy across a wide range of formats, including:
• Website and landing pages
• Social media posts and captions
• Email campaigns, newsletters, and nurture sequences
• Sales enablement and recruiting materials
• Podcast titles, show notes, episode descriptions, and promotional copy
• RFI and RFPs
• Translate complex ideas into accessible, persuasive language without losing nuance or sophistication
• Maintain and evolve a consistent, premium brand voice across all written touchpoints
• Collaborate with marketing, recruiting, and leadership teams to ensure messaging aligns with business objectives
• Adapt copy for different audiences, including clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders
• Edit, refine, and elevate copy to meet high standards of clarity, tone, and effectiveness
• Stay attuned to cultural, industry, and market shifts to keep messaging relevant and differentiated
• Balance speed and quality in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

• 5+ years of professional copywriting experience, ideally within professional services or a service-based business
• Proven ability to write persuasive, high-quality copy across multiple channels and audiences
• Strong experience with marketing and sales copy, not just brand or editorial writing
• Exceptional command of language, tone, and structure
• Highly observant, thoughtful, and detail-oriented, with a strong point of view
• A builder’s mindset: proactive, execution-focused, and comfortable owning deliverables end-to-end
• Experience writing for staffing, recruiting, or B2B services is a significant plus. Experience writing for a service-based company is required.
• Ability to take feedback well and iterate quickly without losing creative integrity
