Glumac, a Tetra Tech company, is seeking an experienced and motivated Proposal Coordinator to support our high‑performing Marketing Team. This role is designed for a detail‑oriented and creative professional with specific experience in the AEC industry who is passionate about developing compelling marketing and proposal materials.

As the ideal candidate, you bring 3‑7 years of marketing experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Communications, Graphic Design or Journalism is a plus.

• Independently produce responses to Requests for Proposals/Qualifications (RFP/Qs) from start to finish.
• Create qualification materials and solicit/compile required components from technical staff.
• Assist in interview preparations.
• Manage and create the pursuit response with technical staff.
• Develop marketing qualification packages, showcasing graphic design skills.
• Write, edit and proofread new content for our growing library of marketing materials.

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite (required).
• Advanced English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Attention to detail and background knowledge of the AEC industry.

$64,000 – $75,000 (base salary; actual may vary by location, experience, and performance). This represents only one component of Glumac’s comprehensive compensation package.
