Salary: $70,000 - $120,000 per year
A bit about us:We’re looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to support our Field teams on commercial re‑roof and maintenance projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys organization, and wants to build a career in the roofing and construction industry.

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and field crews to ensure smooth communication and efficient project flow
- Prepare and manage submittals, change orders, job logs, and closeout packages
- Track work orders, service requests, and warranty follow‑ups
- Assist with estimating, proposal generation, and maintenance contract renewals as needed
- Maintain project records and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

- Built‑Up Roofing (BUR)
- Modified Bitumen
- Metal Retrofit Systems
- 2+ years of experience in construction or roofing coordination (preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience in Procore or similar project software a plus
- A team‑oriented mindset with attention to detail and follow‑through
- Desire to grow within a stable, reputable roofing contractor
