Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager, Contracts Manager
A fast-growing, design-build residential construction company is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join its expanding team. This role focuses on delivering residential projects through a production-oriented model that emphasizes predictability, efficiency, and strong client communication.
Job SummaryThe Construction Project Manager assumes ownership of residential construction projects once permits are approved and manages execution through completion. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients during construction while partnering closely with dedicated site managers who support day-to-day field operations.
This position is best suited for a Project Manager who thrives in a repeatable, production-oriented residential environment, where structured systems, templates, and processes drive results. While client experience is critical, this is not a custom-home environment where each project is reinvented. Field execution is supported by site managers, allowing the PM to focus on coordination, communication, and delivery.
