We are seeking a hardworking, reliable, and self starting In Home Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will prospect and sell construction projects in residential homes to homeowners. The ideal candidate is an expert in construction estimating software, has experience in canvassing and prospecting new residential sales leads, has experience in selling construction projects in an in-home environment, and has industry knowledge of a variety of construction projects.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of success.

• Prospect new residential construction leads
• Complete in-home estimates of construction projects with homeowners
• Negotiate contracts with homeowners
• Work with project managers to assist in the successful hand off of sold projects for completion by our crews
• Understand any compliance and safety requirements for projects
• Properly estimate projects using our estimating software so projects may be completed on or under budget and at a competitive price

• Basic understanding of construction methods and processes
• Self discipline and management as this role is often working in the field independently
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and construction management software
• Ability to break large projects into small steps
