• Perform daily field inspections of construction activities and materials.
• Verify compliance with project specifications, drawings, and GSA standards.
• Prepare and maintain daily inspection reports, logs, and punch lists.
• Track contractor manpower, equipment, and material deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with sustainability and IRA-related construction mandates.
• Support resolution of deficiencies and coordination of corrective actions.
• SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 10–15 years of construction inspection experience, preferably on federal projects.
• Knowledge of GSA inspection protocols and federal construction requirements.
• Certifications such as ICC, ACI, or equivalent preferred.

The salary range for this full-time role is $115K-$135K per year
. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
