The role will work closely with the field and executive teams to drive project performance, support compliance, and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors

  • Lead, and progress reporting
  • Mentor Project Engineers and junior team members to support professional growth
  • Participate in internal project reviews and financial updates with senior leadership
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of field experience in heavy civil or underground construction
  • Must have hands‑on experience with underground piping, trenching, and wet utility installation in California
  • Familiarity with public works requirements, Cal/OSHA standards, and city agency coordination
  • OSHA 30 (CAL/OSHA) certification required
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor project teams
  • Strong time management, organization, and communication skills
  • Able to access and navigate active job sites across various terrain and conditions
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Life and disability insurance
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Tuition reimbursement (after one year)
  • Paid time off
  • Leadership that supports growth, mentorship, and work-life balance
  • The chance to work on impactful infrastructure projects that serve local communities
