Construction Superintendent

Base Pay Range

Additional compensation: $100,000 – $160,000 (DOE) + Vehicle Allowance + Benefits

A well-established design-build contractor with nearly 30 years of experience in fast-track commercial and government construction is seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to join their West Coast field operations team. With a focus on Department of Defense projects and large-scale public‑sector work, this firm has a strong presence across Southern California and beyond.

• Manage all on-site construction activities and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, engineers, and inspectors
• Conduct daily reports, schedule updates, and ensure progress milestones are met
• Lead OAC meetings, inspections, and manage field issue resolution

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on mid- to large-scale construction projects
• 4+ years of prior trade or fieldwork in construction
• Background in military, federal, or fast-paced commercial construction preferred
• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in construction management preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with scheduling or construction software (Primavera, Viewpoint, BIM, etc.) is a plus
• Current or obtainable certifications:
  OSHA 30
  , EM 385
  , STS
  , CPR/First Aid
• Spanish-English bilingual and LEED credentials are a plus
