Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business, is looking to hire Crew Leaders for their Broadband Communications division. The purpose of a Crew Leader at Team Fishel is to manage the job site situations, maintain a safe working environment and be accountable for quality and productivity. The wage range for this position is $24.00 to $28.00 an hour depending on skills, experience, and qualifications.

• Review plans and permits
• Establish daily crew goalsli>
• Communicate with customer
• Monitor progress
• Evaluate Teammate's performance and provide coaching

• Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License strongly preferred
• Competent Person Training in Trenching and Excavation
• Certification in First Aid/CPR is desired
• Basic Aerial Placement is desired
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work related experience
• Three years related experience in construction
• Ability to communicate with Teammates and customers
• Backhoe, Trencher Operator is desired
