As a Teacher, you will be directly supporting children and their education each day. You will work within a village of dedicated and passionate professionals who share a commitment to fostering each child’s highest potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement Kinder Care’s curriculum consistently with the unique needs of each child
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
• Support the center’s success by collaborating with center staff and leadership on goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners

Required Skills and Experience

• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi‑task effectively
• Meeting state‑specific qualifications or willingness to obtain them
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Physical ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
• Ability to assume low postures to maintain visual and physical contact with children and engage in physical activity with them
• English speaking, reading, writing, and understanding proficiency for communication with children and parents

Pay Range $17.95 - $17.95 hourly

State of Minnesota Premium In Minnesota, an additional $3.00 per hour premium is provided for all classroom hours under the Minnesota Great Start Grant Compensation Support Program.
