Qualifications
- Seeking sales professionals with previous experience working in large organizations (e.g. greater than 5,000 employees) and experience working with product and implementation teams to deliver outcomes for customers
- 8-10 years of consultative sales experience, selling to mid-market retail, consumer goods or hospitality clients ($1B - $15B in annual revenue), combined with deep industry knowledge. Experience as a practitioner with a national retailer or with a large consultancy serving large retail clients is a plus.
- Demonstrated record of exceeding sales targets with measurable achievements.
- Experience selling a broad range of solutions: digital, AI/data/analytics, software/SaaS, security, and hardware.
- Skilled at developing impactful sales strategies tailored to retail executives, leveraging a diverse set of offerings.
- Strong relationship-building skills at all organizational levels, both within the client environment and the corporate employer environment.
- Proficient in modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Comfortable navigating large, matrixed organizations and startup-like environments where constant change and ambiguity is common.
- Excellent oral and written communication; clear, concise, persuasive, and a good listener.
- Capable of strategic and tactical planning to consistently achieve objectives.

Salary information: A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $ to $. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. This position will be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
