This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in San Diego, CA. The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and develop strategies to expand the client base. Key tasks include driving sales growth, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires proactive efforts to generate leads, analyze market trends, and maintain a deep understanding of Renue’s services and unique offerings.
Qualifications- Proven skills in Sales, Lead Generation, and Business Strategy Development
- Strong abilities in Communication, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation
- Familiarity with the Commercial Cleaning or Facilities Management industry is a significant advantage
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant for tracking and managing sales activities
- Strategic thinking with a focus on achieving business growth goals
- Capability to work independently and manage time effectively while meeting deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
