This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Director of Business Development based in San Diego, CA. The Director of Business Development will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities, creating and executing business plans, and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities include driving lead generation, managing accounts, and negotiating contracts to support the company's growth objectives. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders will be essential to achieve revenue goals and foster partnerships.

• Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong Business Planning skills, including strategic and operational planning
• Experience in Contract Negotiation and the ability to close deals effectively
• Proficiency in Account Management and building long‑term client relationships
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, on‑site work environment and lead cross‑functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
• Experience in using CRM tools and analytics to guide business development strategies
