We are looking for a Revenue Development Representative who proactively develops leads and qualifies them into potential clients. You’ll work at the intersection of marketing and sales, collaborating with the marketing team to engage prospects, refine messaging, and convert connections into qualified opportunities. You’ll research potential clients, craft outreach campaigns, and connect with decision-makers to understand challenges and position our solutions.
This is a growth-focused role suitable for someone early in their career to develop full-funnel business acumen and grow into a Business Development role.
- Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and Linked In
- Learn about each contact’s business needs and share how we can help
- Set qualified discovery meetings for the Business Development team
- Keep CRM (Hub Spot) up to date with notes, activity, and progress
- Work closely with sales leadership to fine-tune outreach and strategy
- Contribute positively to a team that values accountability, creativity, and professionalism
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations to shape messaging, scale outreach, and support an ABM program
- 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or similar client-facing roles (preferred)
- Enjoys learning about people and solving problems through conversation
- Proactive, self-motivated, and naturally curious
- Picks up on cues, asks thoughtful questions, and communicates clearly
- Works well with a team and takes initiative
- Takes pride in doing quality work and appreciates constructive feedback
- Comfortable using tools like Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
This position offers full-time benefits; salary will be commensurate with education and experience. Additional compensation may be earned by exceeding sales and service goals.
