As a Senior Director of Product Management in our Wearables and Security Solutions (WSS) Business Unit, you will define technology roadmaps for Voice & Music, Wearables, Security, and Personal AI and lead the emerging business of Wearable AI‑agentic devices.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a product roadmap in support of the vision and strategic plan.
- Establish key business and technical goals to drive success of the group.
- Manage a cross‑functional team to carry out and support these plans.
- Work closely with top customers and their executives to establish customer acquisition strategies through strategic sales & business development collaboration.
- Manage long‑term strategic plans with the WSS SVP & GM.
- Evaluate opportunities to expand the business via strategic ecosystem partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisitions.
- Build trusting relationships with internal executives and key stakeholders to gain support for long‑term plans.
- Actively support diversity in teams and across the company.
- MBA or Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Five (5) years of experience in the AI/Machine Learning technology sector.
- Twenty (20) years of experience in Mobile, Voice, Music, Wearable or IoT market segments within the semiconductor industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or related field.
- 10+ years of Product Management or related work experience.
