Overview
The Procurement Supervisor manages daily purchasing operations and leads a team of Buyers to ensure procurement tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations. This role also oversees the fleet management administrator who supports the company s vehicle fleet. The position collaborates with various departments, handles escalated issues, and promotes consistency throughout the Procure-to-Pay process. A vital aspect is integrating new markets, systems, and procedures to drive operational growth and improve efficiency.
Leadership& Workforce Development
- Lead and develop a team of 7, setting a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Recruit, interview, and hire new team members; make recommendations on promotions, compensation adjustments, and corrective actions.
- Oversee performance evaluations, coach team members, and reinforce high standards.
- Ensure staffing and labor decisions comply with relevant policies and laws.
- Oversee and approve Buyer Purchase Orders.
- Serve as the go-to contact for procurement inquiries and guide Buyers through conflicting or ambiguous requests.
- Own escalations and drive rapid resolution.
- Ensure the Procure-to-Pay process is executed efficiently.
- Support monthly audits for policy compliance.
- Generate monthly procurement reports and provide insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine processes and recommend improvements.
- Ensure Buyers and end users are fully trained in ERP functions.
- Partner with IT on system integrations, updates, and testing.
- Maintain and enhance training materials.
- Lead implementation of ERP systems into new markets.
- Oversee procurement programs including office supplies, IT standards, and ergonomic initiatives.
- Provide guidance, support, and supervision to the Fleet Administrator to ensure effective management of the company s vehicle fleet and drivers, with consistent adherence to policies, maintenance schedules, and established procedures.
- High School Diploma required;
Bachelor’s preferred. - 5+ years of procurement experience.
- Strong understanding of ERP platforms and procurement fundamentals.
- Proficiency across Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and related tools.
- Experience in leading and supervising procurement teams.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Skilled at cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience supporting system upgrades and integrations.
- Expertise in training, documentation, and process optimization.
- Demonstrated mastery of Oracle ERP, with the ability to train users, troubleshoot issues, and optimize procurement workflows within the platform.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and labor laws.
- May require occasional travel or on-site support.

The starting pay range for this position is:
$86,100.00 - $
Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
