Your MissionAs a senior leader in our Client Solutions division, you will:
- Strategize for Growth: Develop and execute localized business development blueprints that align with our ambitious global objectives.
- Cultivate High-Value Networks: Map and track key client relationships, leveraging your industry expertise to engage prospective partners through innovative, brand-led events and research.
- Lead & Mentor: Build and coach a specialized local team, empowering them to excel in market research, client intelligence, and high-impact networking.
- Collaborate Globally: Partner with multidisciplinary teams (Marketing, Design, and Delivery) across regions to provide holistic solutions for global clients.
- Drive Excellence: Champion the use of data-driven CRM insights and risk management strategies to ensure seamless project transitions and long-term profitability.
- Market Mastery: 10+ years (preferred) of experience in senior-level business development or client solutions within a global consultancy or professional services environment.
- Strategic Intuition: A proven track record of achieving significant growth targets and navigating complex, multi-layered markets with organizational agility.
- Natural Leadership: Experience managing and developing diverse teams, with a focus on coaching, clear feedback, and fostering an inclusive culture.
- Exceptional Communication: The ability to influence stakeholders at the C-suite level and present complex proposals with impact and clarity.
