Job Description

The Restaurant Administrator role is not your typical desk job. It’s a hands‑on junior leadership position. If you’re organized, thrive in a dynamic environment, and love working with people, this could be the perfect fit. This position is a stepping‑stone into higher‑level leadership within JOEY.

Duties
  • Manage and support a small but impactful team in the restaurant’s office. You’ll be the go‑to person for partners and managers regarding policies, payroll, and administrative processes.
  • Help onboard new partners, facilitate training, and ensure people have everything they need to succeed.
  • Support the Operations Team & Business. Work closely with the General Manager to implement policies, audit practices, handle partner questions, and manage key operational tasks.
  • Maintain records and databases for various administrative responsibilities (invoices, employee records, inventory).
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
  • Address operational issues and troubleshoot to ensure smooth daily activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
