Job DescriptionThe Restaurant Administrator role is not your typical desk job. It’s a hands‑on junior leadership position. If you’re organized, thrive in a dynamic environment, and love working with people, this could be the perfect fit. This position is a stepping‑stone into higher‑level leadership within JOEY.
Duties- Manage and support a small but impactful team in the restaurant’s office. You’ll be the go‑to person for partners and managers regarding policies, payroll, and administrative processes.
- Help onboard new partners, facilitate training, and ensure people have everything they need to succeed.
- Support the Operations Team & Business. Work closely with the General Manager to implement policies, audit practices, handle partner questions, and manage key operational tasks.
- Maintain records and databases for various administrative responsibilities (invoices, employee records, inventory).
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
- Address operational issues and troubleshoot to ensure smooth daily activities.
- Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
- Leadership potential, attention to detail, and ability to manage people with confidence and care.
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once; not afraid to roll up sleeves.
- Excellent communication skills – clear and confident messaging.
