Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and strategic partnerships within the semiconductor, software solutions, and high-tech sectors. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, expanding relationships with tier-1 customers, and positioning the company as a trusted solutions partner in the market.
Responsibilities- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the semiconductor, software, and high-tech industries.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with tier-1 customers, key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with technical, engineering, and delivery teams to align customer needs with company solutions.
- Lead customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations, including pricing, contracts, and partnership agreements.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements to inform business strategy.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets and business growth objectives.
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the semiconductor, software solutions, or high-tech industry.
- Strong existing network and customer relationships with tier-1 technology companies, such as AMD, Qualcomm, Google, Intel, Meta, and other major technology companies.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is preferred; ability to communicate effectively with global stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with global or cross-border customers.
- Strong understanding of technology solutions, outsourcing models, or engineering services.
- Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach to business growth.
