About Good Life
Good Life Property Management is a growing residential property management company serving individual and small-portfolio rental property owners across Southern California. We operate in San Diego, Orange County, and Riverside and are entering a focused growth phase.
Our culture is built on ownership, growth, and developing A-players from within. We value people who care deeply, execute relentlessly, and grow into leadership through responsibility, not titles.
The RoleWe are hiring a Marketing Manager to own the marketing function end-to-end.
This is not a coordinator or support role. This is a hands-on, player-coach role for someone who is ready to step into real ownership and grow into a Head of Marketing over time.

- Messaging, copywriting, and positioning (writing or heavy editing)
- Coordinates the geographic growth efforts (San Diego, Orange County and Riverside) by executing targeted campaigns and tracking results
- Assist with marketing initiatives focused on the 5–15 unit multifamily segment, including campaign execution and performance tracking
- Coordinate with external agencies/partners and internal teams to ensure campaign and deliverables stay on track
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (leads, conversions, cost per lead, etc) to inform decisions, test new approaches, and continuously optimize results
- Work closely with Sales and Leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals and support sales enablement needs
- Support sales with marketing materials, campaigns, and follow-up systems
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required:
- 5–7 years of marketing experience
- Recent hands-on execution experience (in the last year)
- Strong prioritization and decision-making skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with ambiguity
- Accountability and ownership mindset
- Experience working closely with sales or revenue teams
- Comfortable being in the weeds/day-to-day work
- Experience in local services, SMB, or service-based businesses
- Background in performance marketing, SEO, website optimization, or lead gen
- Motivated by growth and responsibility
- Base salary: $90,000–$110,000
