Job Summary

The Integrated Business Planning Manager will join a dynamic Sales Operations team, reporting to the Vice President of Sales Operations. The role coordinates cross‑functional work to deliver key initiatives and support effective Demand Forecasting and Revenue Growth Management objectives. The ideal candidate has solid experience in demand forecasting, sales operations, and trade promotions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead SKU level demand forecasting across sales channels and customers with Field Sales Partners.
  • Partner with Production Planners to support efficient manufacturing and inventory strategies.
  • Develop and update SCIMs (Sales, Consumption, Inventory Models) for key customers.
  • Support innovation forecasting across all facets of the stage‑gate process, up to and including in‑market product launch.
  • Drive Revenue Growth Management (RGM) initiatives with Field Sales.
  • Develop Demand, RGM and Trade Strategy tools and reports using internal and syndicated data.
  • Execute the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to achieve strategic objectives and deliver superior customer service while managing costs.
Required Competencies
  • Manage multiple projects and tasks in a variety of complex areas.
  • Analyze market trends and historical data to develop accurate demand forecasts.
  • Proactively develop strategies and implement tactics to support business initiatives and resolve issues.
  • Present data‑driven assessments and recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Organize and analyze large data sets using advanced Excel techniques.
  • Demonstrate strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Resolve business issues with cross‑functional teams.
  • Implement IBP with emphasis on Demand Forecasting, Risk/Opportunity assessments, and Sales Gap identification.
  • Monitor short‑shelf‑life inventory risks and key performance indicators related to forecast accuracy.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for the IBP process.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on sales performance and forecasting results.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Professional Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years in integrated business planning, demand planning, or sales operations within the consumer packaged goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales execution and supply‑chain concepts, including demand forecasting techniques.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and ERP/demand planning software, advanced Excel, and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Track record of driving process improvements, cost savings, and business results in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strategic thinking, problem‑solving abilities, and a results‑oriented mindset.
Physical Requirements

Standing, walking, reaching, lifting up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally. Use of hands, vision (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception), hearing, and speaking required.

Work Environment

Office building, temperature‑controlled, open floor plan. Standard office equipment (computer, phone, copier). Professional office environment with business casual dress code. Fast‑paced work environment.
