Summit is seeking a Contracts Management Analyst II to support one of our Department of Defense partners for a full-time position in San Diego, CA.
As a Contracts Management Analyst II, you will provide professional support to government program offices in drafting, reviewing, and managing procurement documentation in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), DFARS, and DoD 5000 series instructions. This role focuses on assisting with contract documentation, supporting source selections, and ensuring compliance with Navy/DoD acquisition processes. You will assist in drafting procurement‑related documents including Market Research Reports, Statements of Work (SOWs), Performance Work Statements (PWS), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs), DD254s, and Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs);
support source selection activities and procurement requests; track obligations, expenditures, and deliverables for assigned programs; provide administrative support for acquisition plans, strategies, and milestone documentation; and coordinate meetings and document action items for acquisition‑related reviews.
This is a full‑time, on‑site role requiring U.S. Citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of professional experience providing contract management support
- Knowledge of FAR/DFARS/NMCARS requirements
- U.S. Citizenship and possess a TS/SCI clearance
