Compensation: Up to 150k base DOE + $350k OTE + full range of benefits
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience
, ideally within biotech, life sciences, or scientific technology - Proven track record of complex, consultative sales cycles with C-suite decision-makers
- Ability to build and deliver quantifiable business cases
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong business acumen and comfort discussing ROI, efficiency, and operational impact
