We design, manufacture, market and sell various consumer products through online retailers like Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Best Buy. About you:

You have experience with direct-to-consumer brands and e-commerce sales channels such as Amazon and Walmart. You are passionate about growing the business and seeing your impact on our brand. You will join a dynamic and fast
-paced environment and participate in the strategy, planning, and execution of the overall sales strategy and growth for all sales channels.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Managing, maintaining, expanding relationships with various sales channels
• Evaluating sales performance in different sales channels and recommending improvements
• Managing sales activities (promotional events) with partners to generate revenue
• Develop positive working relationship with partners to build business
• Stay current with latest developments in marketplaces and competitor activities
• Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners
• Develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities
• Work with partners to develop sales proposals, quotations, and pricings
• Assist in partner marketing activities, such as campaigns and other promotional activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from a top-tier university in Business Management or similar field
• At least 1-2 years of experience with Business Operations/Development, E-commerce Operations, or related roles
• Understanding of product life cycle and consumer behavior
• Solid business acumen that drives logical operational decisions
• Excellent communication, analytical, conflict resolution and critical thinking skills
• Exceptional time management to meet deadlines and goals, efficiently prioritizes
• Eager and willing to learn and deeply understand the needs of the business
• High potential to grow and develop lasting skills within the company
• Takes initiative even in uncertainty, able to work independently and with limited supervision

* This position is full-time and on-site working from our office in San Diego, California.
