Senior Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Bidder/Estimator to lead our business development and pre‑construction efforts. This role is critical to our growth in the public works, government, and large‑scale industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical estimating expertise and the "hunter" mentality required to secure high‑value contracts.

• Strategic Sourcing: Identify and track bidding opportunities through government portals, lead services, and industry networks.
• Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for property managers, general contractors, and government agencies to increase bid invitation frequency.
• Full‑Cycle Estimating: Conduct detailed take‑offs using industry‑standard software.
• Proposal Development: Prepare comprehensive bid packages, ensuring all compliance requirements for public works and government projects are met.
• Market Analysis: Stay ahead of regional trends and competitor pricing to ensure a high win rate.

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in commercial roofing estimation (Required).
• Public Works Expertise: Demonstrated success in navigating government bidding processes and prevailing wage requirements.
