$80,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

The Role
  • Run effective outbound prospecting campaigns including cold‑calls, cold emails, and social touches.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads by introducing Click Up and running them through qualification and discovery framework.
  • Represent our brand to customers at the start of their research journey.
  • Schedule appointments and demos for new logo acquisition and expansion across the existing customer base.
  • Serve as a product specialist on Click Up products and services.
  • This is a hybrid position in San Diego, California or Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas and requires working in the office 2 days per week.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years relevant work experience in outbound tech sales.
  • A proven track record of consistently hitting targets in previous jobs or extracurriculars.
  • You’re a persuasive self‑starter and a good listener with a high degree of personal accountability in communicating cross‑functionally and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Excellent organizational, time‑management, and prioritization skills.
  • Customer empathy and genuine curiosity for prospects and their need.
