DCH Honda of Mission Valley is seeking an Experienced Service Technician to join the Fastest Growing Service Department in Southern California.

Pay Range: $16.50 - $50/FRH (DOE).

• Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Complete all work according to applicable safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Document work performed on repair orders, record test procedures/results and time, per company recording and clocking procedures.
• Maintain and inventory tools necessary for normal mechanical work.

• Experienced automotive technicians who are passionate about their craft and eager to advance their career.
• ASE certification is a plus but not required; a strong willingness to learn and grow is essential.

The estimated flat rate earning range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/FRH, which includes bonus opportunities such as Production/Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentive as part of total compensation, and includes benefits such as health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
