Pay Range
: $33–$50 per flat‑rate hour (competitive wages starting in the range of $20.54–$27.21 USD per hour). Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000 based on qualifications. Relocation assistance is available.

Schedule
:
Technicians are scheduled for eight‑hour shifts plus a one‑hour lunch, with the option to work additional hours if preferred.

• Perform work outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnose causes of any malfunction and perform repairs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of automotive diagnostic technology, digital manuals, and reference materials.
• Keep the shop area neat and clean, and account for dealership tools at all times.
• Road‑test vehicles to ensure quality repair.
• Adapt to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry and in diagnostics.

• 1 year or more of automotive technician experience.
• Technical auto training or Audi certifications; ASEs are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR or minimal violations.
• Willingness to undergo our background and security requirements.
