As a Certified Technician, you’re one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Toyota San Diego, responsible for performing vehicle service duties from bumper‑to‑bumper. You’ll use your knowledge and skills to keep our guests safe on the road, follow safety procedures and regulations, and contribute to Norm Reeves’ reputation for excellence.

• Diagnose mechanical issues, recommend safety‑oriented fixes, and correct them the first time.
• Administer multi‑point inspections and warranty repairs.
• Service transmissions, air‑conditioning, engine mounts, timing belts, and more.
• Replace radiators and head gaskets.
• Deliver guests’ cars on time, as promised.
• Take detailed notes during and after inspection.
• Keep the work station clean at all times.
• Create and maintain loyal service guest relationships.

• Full‑time availability. Must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Experience at an automotive school or program.
• Prior dealership experience a plus.
• Automotive certificate a plus.
• Factory training and ASE certificates a plus.
