We are seeking a professional and friendly Temporary Front Desk Receptionist to support our team during a short-term coverage period. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable managing a fast-paced front desk environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls
  • Manage the front desk inbox and respond to general inquiries
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining conference room calendars
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Provide general administrative support to staff as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Qualifications
  • Previous front desk or administrative experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset
  • Proficiency with basic office software (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a busy environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
